The WALKVEST Training System revolutionizes walking simply by adding resistance (added weight) to your walk. Half-pound weights are distributed around your mid torso in the WALKVEST for safety and comfort. The added resistance causes you to burn more calories and helps you lose weight faster.
Each WALKVEST package includes 8 half-pound weights, beginning workout for walking on a treadmill or outdoors on CD, and instructional pamphlet.
