Body Rail Body Weight Resistance Training - - The BodyRail is the ultimate body weight and gravity resistance workout. It offers more full body exercises than any other product of its kind on the market. The BodyRail uses your natural body weight to provide a safe, effective, and quick way to exercise the whole body. It fully supports your body and protects your back during each movement since weight is never lifted over your head and does not compress the body.
Adjustable cables mean you can adjust the cables exactly where you want for each exercise.
Direct Resistance Cables offer maximum resistance at each level. This is the most natural way to maximize body weight resistance. BodyRail does not use pulleys that reduce resistance.
17 levels of resistance. Change the angle to increase and decrease your resistance.
Use the reversible foot platform for leg exercises or to raise the rail off the ground for seated movements.
Quick change-out bar. Just slide the bar through one of the rail sleeves for more exercises. Bar is also free floating so it rotates as you go through your exercise motions.
More than 40 fundamental exercises! Every body part can be exercised with multiple variations and angles to get the best results.
In the exercising position, BodyRail is 6' high. When set up as a free-standing unit, in its lowest position, BodyRail is 105" long.
Wall mount or use freestanding. When a wall-mounted BodyRail is stored, it takes up only 6" x 14" of floor space. That’s 7"D x 14"W x 80"H on your wall!
