Baratza 885 Vario Coffee Grinder is a commercial coffee bean grinder with 54mm ceramic flat burrs and 230 settings. Throughput of 1.9 grams per second and innovative, macro/micro grind adjustment. Ceramic flat burrs stay sharper longer than steel burrs. Ceramic keeps the coffee cool by limiting the amount of heat transferred from the burrs to the grinds.
