Eva Dry EDV500 Renewable Dehumidifier - - Eva Dry renewable dehumidifier adsorbs moisture from enclosed areas up to 500 cubic feet. Helps protect clothes and valuables from the damaging effects of mold and mildew. Use in a big closet, cabinet, boat, safe, RV, and more.
Eva Dry is 100 percent renewable and does not require a power source to adsorb moisture (no batteries or cords to plug in).
Eva Dry is filled with specially engineered, odorless, non-toxic silica gel. Eva-Dry EDV500 will adsorb approximately 8 to 10 ounces of moisture (run time is 30 to 60 days depending on the humidity level). Once the moisture has been adsorbed, it cannot leak or spill.
Moisture meter crystals change from blue (when dry) to pink (when wet) to indicate when the unit needs to be "renewed." At that time the Eva Dry unit needs to be plugged into a power outlet in a well-ventilated area so that the crystals can dry out. (The renew cycle takes about 12 to 14 hours.)
