True gravity feed (30-degree incline) enhances the slicing of fruits, vegetables, bread, and other foods that can self-feed during slicing. Self-feeding quickens the task and eliminates the possibility of damage to food in the process. Not recommended for slicing frozen meats.

Constructed of cast aluminum and stainless steel. Rubber feet provide stability and hold the unit securely to the work surfaces. Intermittent or continuous on/off switch conveniently built into thickness control knob. Child-proof safety switch. Parts remove for easy cleaning.
