| Bread Slicer - - Manual slicer with integrated wood board designed for restaurants and commercial kitchens. Suitable for slicing baguettes and other long, thin loaves.
Stainless steel blade, specially dented, will not crush fresh bread. Thickness gauge adjusts for slices from 0.19" to 3.35" thick.
Usage note: Works best on long, thin types of loaves, such as French & Italian breads. Slicer does not open wide enough to accommodate most bread machine loaves.
Maximum loaf height is 4". Maximum loaf width is 6".
