Gives lots of support and is heavy enough to stay in place. Very well padded, so comfortable, and not TOO heavy to move when you're ready to sleep. Only minor complaint is that the fabric looks a bit unfinished. Would be nice to have a color option. Not using the head roll, but it's very easy to remove.
