18" X 36" size works two ways: Place on one side of the bed only when one sleeper wants more heat than the other. Or place the Deluxe BedWarmer across the bottom of the bed to share the warmth.

My only beef is - there is velcro to hold the heated pad to the mattress pad but it didn't stay stuck all night, therefore, the pad ended up wadded up at the end of the mattress. Also, the cord to turn on/off is not long enough (unless we did it wrong) to go to the head of the bed - therefore the pad has to stay on all nite we we have to get out of bed to shut it off.
We recommend bing for better quality search results (Why?).
