- TRACS incorporates the same technology used in hospitals across the world for high-risk infection control.
- UV lamps are located before (and radiating on) the dirty/inlet side of the HEPA filter. This location keeps the filter free from mold and bacteria growth, extending the life of the HEPA and protecting the person changing the filter against infection from the dirty filter. No other air cleaner on the market today has UV lamps located in the same position as TRACS.

New Four Speed Blower: As of 1/31/07 four speed blower offers the quietest and most efficient air flow on the market. New low "Whisp-Air" speed allows for silent operation while maintaining hospital-grade efficiency. Air flow of 250 cfm.
Keypad Controls: As of 1/31/07 TRACS utilizes a micro-processing keypad that controls air flow and UV lamps and monitors loading on the HEPA filter and the carbon prefilter pack. Touchpad controls allow for simple fan-speed changing and UV lamp on/off. LEDs monitor UV lamps and the filters and advise when individual UV lamps need to be replaced or when filters are clogged with particulate build-up.
