when you want it with your own coffee bean roaster gives
you the freshest coffee possible.
Swissmar's Bravi home coffee
roaster is programmed to roast in
multiple cycles. It's designed to
achieve consistent and even
roasting results. The cycle starts
with a warming/drying cycle, switches to a higher and a slightly lower
temperature, moves to a cooling
cycle, and then ends with an expelling cycle. All
cycles are temperature and time
controlled to ensure optimal roasting results regardless of room temperature. The cooling
process might vary between 6-10
minutes until the roaster reaches
about 122 degrees F depending on
room temperature.

roasts 1/2 pounds of green
beans at a time,
supplying +/- 25-30 cups of
coffee.
- Patented 'Flow Thru' air
ventilation: Swissmar's
patented 'Flow Thru' air
ventilation keeps the machine
cool to the touch and
separates the chaff from the
roasted beans.
- Easy clean up: The top reflector
and doors are non-stick coated
and easily cleaned with a damp
cloth or sponge. The stainless steel roasting
drum, the plastic bean cup, the ventilation port,
and the chaff tray are
dishwasher safe (upper rack only).
- Rotary drum roaster: The
rotating drum keeps the beans
moving, ensures an even
roast, and prevents the beans
from burning.
- Adjustable Ventilation Port:
The adjustable ventilation port
allows you to direct the smoke
towards your kitchen hood or
ventilation exhaust.
- Custom roasting: 15 settings
allow you to roast from a light
to dark consistency.
- Quiet operation: Bravi operates
very quietly so that you will be
able to hear the cracking of
the beans.
- Temperature controlled
roasting: The thermistor
measures the roasting
temperature to ensure optimal
control of roasting process.
The roasting drum is made of stainless steel and is dishwasher safe. The bean cup and ventilation port are made of polypropylene and are also dishwasher safe. The chaff tray is simply removed, like the crumb tray in a toaster, dumped and replaced. Occasional cleaning of the damper doors at the rear of the roasting chamber is also required.
