Therabead Moist Heat Body Compress Standard 8"x12" size with white cover is the perfect size for use on shoulders, knees, back.

This microwavable 8" x 12" compress delivers safe and effective moist heat without water or wires. Patented process draws moisture from the air. Soft, form-fitting shape provides a comfortable, snug fit. TherabeadsŪ products stay warm for about 15 to 20 minutes.

For best results, allow a 2-hour rest period between heatings. With proper care, Therabeads can be used indefinitely. Please be sure your microwave is thoroughly clean! Food residues or spilled liquids can contaminate your Therabeads product, causing it to develop hot spots. NOTE: Persons with diabetic or circulatory condition should take particular care to test temperature of the Therabeads product before use. For serious acute pain or persistent chronic pain, it is always best to consult a physician.
